This is Msgr. Robert E. Weiss & Father Luke Suarez of Saint
Rose of Lima Parish in Newtown, CT. Fr. Suarez is a recent graduate of Mount
St. Mary's Seminary, where I served from 2002-2007. Nothing in seminary
formation can prepare a priest for a situation like this. To reiterate an
earlier post, please join me in remembering clergy of all faiths, emergency
personnel, mental health professionals & others in our prayers too. May
those who have died rest in peace & those who mourn experience consolation
